Breathe Physio Concepts

I am part of the Pilates fitness class conducted by Shanaz. I look forward to the class even if I am very tired from work. It reduces stress and keep my body very flexible, It is very relaxing as every class starts with cardio exercise or stretches and ends in breathing exercise. Doing it as a group and having a dedicated time for fitness helps me a lot. Shanaz's command over the class, from the way she delivers the cue to her attention, observation and correction of individuals posters is very commendable.

Over all I can say that it is worth the money and time.

It has been more than an year. I have suatained weight loss of more than 10kgs, with very well toned Body. My varicose vein leg pains have drastically reduced. My waist is currently 28 inches (34 inches). The classes is fun and a great stress buster **** ********* ******* ********** A great confidence booster. Highly recommended.

Dr. Shehnaz is very methodical in her approach and welcoming which has helped me create interest and continue my sessions with her. Her politeness and patience makes me more comfortable. The sessions have helped me feel more energetic and reduce overall joint and body pains.

I was overweight weighing 66 kg and Due to this ihad pain in heels when walking for long distance or when walking after sitting for long time. I joined breathe to lose weight. Shahnaz guided me to see dietician along with exercise. And I lost 4 kg within 3 months.slowly my heel pain has completely gone and also lose some inches. Thanks Shahnaz for ur guidance.

I really enjoy going for her class..I highly recommend for those who are looking for some good yoga teacher...I really like doing her intense workout..She says in such a easy phase you will get the confidence to do it..Her ever smiling nature makes you do the workout with ace..Thank her from my heart...Even one day i miss her class i feel i have lost something most valuable in my life..This class has become a part my life...

Shahnaz explained the problem and helped me with stretches and exercises for about a week. I'd definitely recommend her for physiotherapy and sport injuries.

although i am not a doctor, why would I be given massage for one to one and half hour when I wanted a physiotherapy and that too by some one else ,it use to cost me minimum 1000/- for every massage session which was too costly. over all I went for nearly 5 days *** * *** *** ** ***** ********* **** ******** ** ******* ******* *** ** *** *** now I totally agree with what the doc says "I love giving pain to my patients"it was more of a massage session then a physiotherapy. I regret going there. also so that you know the session cost that is put up here and what they collect there is not same and it is the same with appointment timings

Dr. Shahnaz is an amazing physio with magical fingers. She has the ability to not just fix the problem but keep it from recurring

After joining her yoga classes I felt very good and improvements in my health. Nice ambiance and clean place.
